At $200, this is bad. At $80 this punches way above its price point - visually. It's not an investment grade piece and it will eventually start to tarnish, id say within 2-3 years, but it'll look stunning until then. It's 14k gold over brass. You do wish it was 14k gold over silver.
Lab made Rubies and Sapphires are the same as real rubies and Sapphires. Real Rubies and sapphires cost thousands, so...
I'm going to give this to my Niece for Christmas.

Thusly, i purchased the Blue Sapphire bracelet for $79, and it arrives tomorrow.
I hope its pretty baller because i just bought her this Red Sapphire bracelet to match.
