I have this and it works well. The difficulty is just finding the right distance to place your hand. Works great with elementary school kids because there's no worry about losing a key or giving out their code.

I have it and it works well with the palm reader and can be controlled by home assistant

Battery life is mediocre but battery is easily removed and charged by USB-C

One lock that does it all. The LCD screen inside is very handy, and is a talking point when guest comes over.

Do not get the eufy homebase, it will tank your wireless network. The lock functions better without it

I'm seeing $329

I have the previous version with the fingerprint scanner. Works quickly, had it for about 3 years, no issues, even with the Arizona monsoon dust.
