This Ace HDPE wheelbarrow stands out as a practical two wheel hauler for mulch, dirt, and yard work, with a balanced feel that makes pushing, pulling, maneuvering, and dumping easier than a cart. The pneumatic tires and sturdy build get positive marks, and the design is described as a quality barrow that can save time and energy over a long summer of use. The main drawback is assembly, which is described as frustrating, and the non flat free tires may be a hassle to replace later. A solid fit for regular yard chores if you are fine with some setup work and tire maintenance.
Common Questions (4)
No. The wheelbarrow uses pneumatic tires, so they can go flat and may eventually need replacement. For occasional DIY use, flat-free tires are the easier maintenance choice.
Yes. It can be pushed with two hands and often pulled with one hand, and the two-wheel design is reported to be well balanced. That makes it easier to maneuver, position, and dump, especially on hills.
Yes. The deal can reportedly be combined with a PayPal promotion offering an $85 Ace Hardware gift card for $100, which lowers the effective price further.
Assembly is reported to be frustrating and the instructions are described as very difficult to follow. Once assembled, it performs well and has been used successfully through a full summer.

With a wheelbarrow, you are lifting more weight because the wheels are in front of all the weight. With the Polar Cart, the wheels are in the middle of the weight, so when balanced, you don't have to lift as much weight.
"400 lb. Working Load Capacity: Handles heavy loads of rock, mulch, dirt and firewood
10 Cubic Foot Hauling Capacity: Extra-large tub accommodates bulk materials with fewer trips"
