I've been using a French door oster convection oven for years, but this design appeals to me. I cant think of the last time I cooked something "tall", but I certainly would like the option to make sides and a main in the same oven, and syncing them up on its own sounds great.

These ninja ovens cook like crap. Takes longer to cook than a full size oven and is awful at making anything crispy. I made fresh chicken wings in one and had to cook them for about 40 minutes and needed to finish them on broil to get them crispy at all

Not great to hear, my old oster convection oven shaves off about 10 minutes per hour of recipie time compared to my full size oven. Maybe I wont upgrade yet.
