They'll mostly work with any existing network. Just remember this is a range extended and not a mesh to your existing system so the speed will generally be slower.

Used something like this (a lower end model though) to get a tower computer with an Ethernet port hooked up to the Internet because the USB WiFi adapters were crap... so this with an ethernet cable from this to the tower PC worked well to get that computer online.
