worst customer service in the world.. before you invest in this junk company, do yourself a favor and just try to call them.. You wont be able to contact anybody... Now imagine having a question about the product and "needing" to call them... you wont be able to

This was my exact experience. Not to mention I first had them before they started charging monthly. If you have an issue, they won't resolve it and just give you basic responses.
