I opened one and can confirm I did not receive luminous.

Edit: They got back to me and blamed inexperienced warehouse staff and told me they're out of stock now. offered a $15 partial refund. I'm assuming what actually happened was that they realized they were getting rinsed selling 4 luminous rolls for $53 and rolled the dice on sending colors that were closeish.
$10 a roll for some very plain colors I didn't really want kinda sucks. probably not taking that deal.
