These are fine if you install them yourself. They will start to look bad after a few years. Would not want to pay someone to install just to have to replace in a relatively short period of time.

Some might pejoratively call this "builder grade." I'd say apartment grade. Good, as you say, if you're going to install it yourself on a budget, for that extra basement bathroom under the stairs that doesn't get a ton of use.
