When I looked at it and saw 48mm I thought it must be like an old Lincoln hubcap. But that's the comments remark it's smaller than that.

Dimensions (LxWxH) 47.5 × 45 × 8.7 mm

This is an integrated bracelet watch - the 48mm (47.5) dimension is basically the lug-to-lug distance - not the case diameter. I bet it wears more like a 42 or 44mm.

48mm lug to lug and a ~42mm case diameter is really not that large in 2026.
