I'd stick with ortho. This stuff smells louder and I don't think it's as effective personally. It doesn't help with termites either. They are still sneaking through my door

I've used this stuff for a few years in AZ and CO and it works well - even on roaches and scorpions.

Ao to amazon and buy a gallon of concentrated insecticide, what I got isn't sold anymore ( probably legal anymore either) so i can link it but there are other options and you mix like 2 ounces per gallon of water so a gallon of concentrate will last you a lifetime! You are paying for 99% water with the premixed stuff! https://www.amazon.com/Bifenthrin...173&sr=8-7 something like this will kill all the pests you want killed and yea its $40 but will make like 30-60 gallons depending on strength you make it! Way cheaper than $5/gallon in the end!
