Probably the best deal for the foreseeable future because of UMRP, but this was also $160 just a week ago.

I can speak to the 10" model, but the 18" fan is great. It's a fixture in the dugout at every baseball tournament through the summer and makes appearances at family gatherings, during work in the yard, etc. It's been an excellent purchase and a favorite among my many Ego tools. I'm tempted to try out the smaller fan as well. We currently use the DeWalt 20V portable fans at roughly half the MSRP, but the addition of misting might be worth the price difference.

Yup.
I should just get this. I like that it oscillates and I already have batteries.
Now I can enjoy the patio.

Yeah, though it only lasted a few hours and jumped to this price.
I had tried that day.

Some of the specs. I was wondering about the water source for the misting.
  • Power of up to 1,700 CFM and up to 20 MPH air speed with six speed modes
  • Three oscillation modes: 60, 120, and 180 degrees
  • Two misting nozzles with three misting modes: High, Low, Intermittent
  • Connect to a garden hose or siphon from a fresh water source
  • Up to 60 hours of runtime on Speed 1 with a recommended 5.0Ah ARC Lithium battery (available separately)
  • Six air speed settings up to 1,700 CFM
  • 120-degree pivoting angle

How old are you? Serious question- because you lasted this long without a portable misting fan right?

I bought it at $160 last week and received it over Memorial Day weekend; absolutely 100% yes I would pay $200 after using it. C

It cooled off my family while I was grilling; blew the smoke away from the grill too. Battery (4ah) seemed like it had 30% left after running for 8-10 hours. 5 gallon bucket of water was halfway full after 4 hours of medium misting. Everyone loved it.

I am actually working right next to it with just the fan on on my porch, and it's been going for 4 hours; bugs can't reach me. Also just checked and it looks like the battery is at 20% charge. So on a 4ah battery with just the fan, I'm thinking I can rock this thing maybe a day or two. With the misting option, I can probably get a full day.

I primarily bought it for travel ball and will absolutely use it in the coming weeks.

There's a siphon that is wrapped underneath the fan. You can dunk it in a bottle of water / jug of water / bucket of water or there's a hose attachment that attaches to the siphon that allows it to be attached to a hose. I sat mine on top of a 5 gallon bucket and let it mist that way.
