great price! Read a bunch of reviews, seems like the "business plus" means some additional organization in that front pocket for laptops, etc. Reviews indicate it can make the bag a little too big for sizers but will give it a shot at this price.

to add to that it has some padding for the laptop area, so it's a little heavier and stiffer.

Cancelation e-mail received today with a promo discount code that's only usable on a full price item. This wasn't my first purchase with TravelPro, but if they dont attempt to make this right by allowing me to return the accessory I added to get free shipping, it is definitely going to be my last.

So everyone that commented on this deal struck out. Got the same 20% off full price and even called in to see if they would sub for a different color but was shot down.
