Just get "abs wheel."
Community Reviews
This adjustable ab machine is framed as a compact core trainer for knee raises and other ab work, with some comparing it to an easier hanging leg raise setup. It can handle lower ab focused movements, and the included ab wheel style use gets extra core engagement for some routines. The main knocks are that it has too many moving parts, feels flimsy, and takes up more room than simpler alternatives. Return costs also came up, with a $22 return shipping charge reported.
The ab wheel variation can increase back feel and engagement compared with other machine uses.
The machine can serve as an easier alternative to hanging leg raises for core training.
The workout setup can target lower abs effectively when used as a core exercise.
Step-by-step setup guidance describes pillow placement and leg lift height for consistent use.
The adjustable ab machine can feel flimsy and have too many moving parts for the workout needs.
Back stress or pain during ab-roller style use can indicate weak core or poor form.
Return shipping can be a deal-breaker because the seller may charge $22 for returns.
The marketing claim about burning belly fat can be misleading because spot burning fat is not possible.
