An oldie from years past. Think late 90s. One could compare it to Hexen or Heretic with better graphics. The GOG version might have longer support, especially with the game being de listed in Steam.

Have enjoyed playing some of these super old PC titles I never got to but remember from old mag ads. Recently played Quake 1-3, and picked up the remastered Heretic + Hexen. For a buck thru GOG willing to try.

Two of the best nostalgic games I played in my olden days, and I played them all.

These are set to be delisted on Steam soon. GOG delisting is unknown. Available on steam as a set for under $2.

Even when delisted it will still be available via Steam.

Many / most GOG games are DRM free but if GOG disappears tomorrow you better have a local copy of the game saved...because it wouldn't be available to download anymore. If Steam disappears you'll be obviously be screwed....but I'd bet my 401K Steam will outlast GOG.

Check out some of the mods to upscale the graphics of both games on sites like modb.com.

These are sometimes compared to Heretic and Hexen but the gameplay is worse and they're not as polished. To at least some degree I wonder if delisting is a ploy to sell them.

No FOMO on these but they're cheap enough to try.
