That's what happened with me when I had a very hard to use grip strength trainer - handle shaped unlike these. People wanted to compete with it, it surprised me.

The marketplace has changed since I looked at it last. I would have said this was an unusual product at this price point, but there are LOTS of products like this. Might buy one later, but the price isn't going anywhere fast with that many sellers.

There is a correlation between grip strength, health and longevity; like a vital sign. I'm a runner,. I was at a medical convention exhibit hall 20-25 years ago. The salesman saw my weak effort and at that moment Arnold Schwarzenegger's nephew walked up and crushed it. Yeah, well I'm still alive. LOL.

I believe there is scientific research showing a correlation between grip strength and CNS fatigue, so some people use it as a test for workout readiness.

I've never heard that but it's brilliant. I'm struggling with figuring out recovery, this would be an interesting experiment.
