This appears to be a rare Costco clearance on a 14 inch MacBook Pro in silver with a 512GB SSD, and the standout point is the unusually low $900 price. The deal is tied to a store specific .00 markdown, so the final price and remaining stock may only exist at a single location or on the last few units. The configuration is also called out as 512GB, not 1TB, with 16GB memory implied, which may feel tight for heavier creative or AI workloads. A few comments also question whether the listing is actually an Air rather than a Pro, so the exact model should be verified before heading out.
The $900 price ending in .00 can reflect a store-specific clearance markdown that Costco warehouses treat as their best in-store pricing.
The deal can still be worth checking in the Costco app because stock status may not match reality on some prior deals.
A 512GB SSD configuration can support heavy multitasking workloads when paired with 16GB RAM, including running many Docker containers and Plex.
The listing appears to be the silver SKU, which helps shoppers confirm they are targeting the correct color variant.
512GB SSD storage is repeatedly flagged as too small for common pro workflows like Lightroom, Photoshop, and offline LLM use.
The .00 clearance price is described as a needle-in-a-haystack situation that may be limited to the last one or few units.
16GB RAM is also flagged as insufficient for those same pro workloads, with 32GB suggested as a more realistic baseline.
The Costco app stock status has been wrong on multiple occasions for prior deals, which can complicate timing a purchase.
