Each time I contact Sonos support. All they do is have me unpaid the devices. Then reboot. And finally reconnect/pair the devices. And they consider that fixed. One of the support reps even asked me why I'm using the dongle. And suggested I use Bluetooth mode instead. That doesn't fix the issue.
Overall, I would not recommend.
