If you are just getting started with mechanics tools, this is a huge set for like .75 cents a socket.

With NAPA Auto, ACE, TSC and Lowes, nowadays you have more places to exchange a broken Craftsman tool than you ever did when there was only Sears.

Make sure you check that they did not short you any sizes (common in these bulk sets), sometimes there are duplicates.

No case is included, so plan on needing a bunch of rails to store them. Menards usually has the best price on full size rails (most of the ones on Amazon are baby rails and won't fit a complete set like these)

1) I didn't know NAPA now carries Craftsman Hand tools. 2) Nice set but I wish they were ALL 6 point sockets. I can't remember the last year I pulled a 12pt socket out of my tool box.

Lots of engine/trans work needs 12 pt sockets, and the square nuts used for fencing & gates can use them too.
