From personal experience you are going to want the FUEL brushless version of this tool. With a tool like this comfort is key. The vibration is much better on the FUEL version because the head is floating around the head of the tool and not directly attached to the case.
That being said, the tool only is on sale for $199. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa...-n/a-_-n/a

You're better off with the M12 Fuel than the M18 non-Fuel. It is honestly night and day in terms of vibration, noise and performance. Get the M18 Fuel only if you can afford it or are captive to the battery platform.
