Before careful, if you're on the large size these bags straps are very uncomfortable. Like cut off circulation to your arms uncomfortable.

My wife and I own both the 20L in the ash color, and the 30L in the black color.
At first, the straps were a bit stiff, but after wearing them a few times with equipment in the backpack. We purchased them when the backpacks were first released so we have had them for nearly a decade I think, and they have held up great. We don't use these every day, but more of a bag that we use whenever we travel or need to carry our cameras. The rest of the time they are fully loaded with equipment in our hallway closet.
