What a weird dock. Only 10 GBps data transfer on a relatively expensive dock with a ton of ports. Not sure why this wouldn't at least have 20-30 preferably USB 4 with 40 GBps. Really weird since the out USBC is also 10, so could saturate it by itself. IDK who this is for really. Most people don't need this many ports, and the ones who do usually need much higher data transfer rates.
You can connect one monitor to this hub to use with your Mac. You are limited to one monitor due to the arbitrary restrictions Apple imposes on their laptops. Oddly enough, one of the old Intel based MacBooks would be able to run three monitors though this hub, but not the new M# CPU ones.
Yeah, 10GBps data transfer cap kinda defeats the purpose for those who generally need this kind of product.
I wish there was a tb4/usb c dock that had 14-20,hell 25 solely usb-tb ports (no card readers/ethernet/hdmi etc), as I had with older system.... I'm sick of the spaghetti mess and chaining hubs..
