"The interior actuator gearbox has failed.

Specifically, the nylon reduction gear or clutch inside the motor assembly is stripped and free-spinning. This is a terminal mechanical failure for this model.

No further alignment, resets, or reprogramming will resolve it."

FYI this lock has similar "security" as a Master Lock. If you aren't familiar with how they work, just watch any of the thousands of Lock Picking Lawyer YouTube videos of him opening every Master Lock in under 10 seconds with a rake or even just bumping it open by tapping it with a hammer or even just another lock!🤣
