This onn 128 GB microSDXC card stands out as a budget 128 GB option for Nintendo Switch and camera storage, with read speeds up to 100 MB per second and write speeds up to 90 MB per second. It has been used successfully in eufy and Tapo cameras, and the Taiwan manufacturing and relabeling speculation points to a lower tier but workable card. The main cautions are compatibility and durability, since Switch 2 needs MicroSD Express, some modded Switch setups hit errors, and long term reliability is questioned. The price is still viewed as strong versus current 128 GB alternatives.

  • The $15.56 price can be attractive compared with other 128GB microSD options selling for $30 to $40 or more.

  • The card can reach read speeds up to 100 MB/s and write speeds up to 90 MB/s.

  • The card has reportedly worked well in eufy cameras despite being positioned as a budget drive.

  • The card has reportedly been purchased in quantity for Tapo cameras and sister's Tapo cameras.

  • The card cannot be used on Switch 2 because Switch 2 requires MicroSD Express support.

  • The card may not be suitable for critical data because reliability concerns are raised for onn storage products.

  • The card's endurance is unclear because Walmart does not provide an endurance datasheet and manufacturing origin is hard to verify.

  • The card reportedly caused an error on modded Nintendo Switch Lite and Switch v2 setups, leading to a return.

Got these a few weeks back for my eufy cameras. I know I know they aren't high endurance but took my risk. Made in Taiwan. I suspect based on the price and location of manufacturing they are made by Silicon Power and relabeled. More of a budget drive but hopefully a little more endurance given they are switch branded. They have been working good

I'm guessing this card can be used for anything right and not just for the Switch? This seems like a good price for any Microsd card right now.

Not asking to wait for someone who needs one right now but i got a similar card for $8.99 in Jan 2026 from walmart. The insane surge in memory/chip pricing is probably worse than pandemic now.
Wait similar? What brand was it?

Lexar makes Onn microSD Express. Are you sure their standard microSD cards are also made by Lexar? I don't think Lexar memory cards are made in Taiwan.

Well... I bought two of these today to use them on my switch lite and switch v2, but I am getting an error on my mod, so sending them right back. I don't recommend them for the similar use.

I don't think those are endurance ones either. Blink does not do continuous recording, so, no reason it would need an endurance category
