I don't have exact comparison for you but dont look like that thick to me. I have Ziploc, Walgreens ones, and these. Walgreens freezer bags are definitely thicker than these, and these are slightly thicker that Walgreens open top tiny snack bags or sandwich bags. I have used Walgreens sandwich bags and they would warp/melt when you put hot sandwich just out of the grill. But these have been holding better. To put it simply, these will get the job done for you fine, but probably just too thin for freezer use.
