imo, this sauce is very good but i like their avocado ranch the best.

The chipotle will provide a small kick (i can taste the smokiness) while the avocado ranch smooths out very spicy hot meals/appetizers.

NOTHING ALIKE. it's smokier in a weird way. The sauce is a tad darker and not as creamy or tangy.

The label shows 310mg for every 2 tablespoons. If you only use 2 tbsp per day, you should be ok, given all other aspects of your diet and your daily water intake is 2500ml a day. If you never drink water and your system is already compromised, such as your heart and kidneys, I would consume lightly.
