I got this at the clearance section of Walmart a month ago for $15. It seems decent, but wouldn't trust it with too much weight. Mostly boxes and such. Not sure if I'd spend $38 on it.

I need one of these to move my daughter out of her college apartment, but it looks like Harbor Freight's version is about the same price and has better wheels. Dealing with HF will be easier for me than Walmart & shipping.

The HF one is more robust and can take abuse. I had this one and it broke easily. If you use it for limited weight, it would be fine, but don't expect a whole lot from it.

This is just branded Milwaukee, not Milwaukee quality. Go to harbor freight, you'll be happier

These dollies are total crap that jam up, locking the plate and keeping the wheels from moving. Youre better off dragging the item.

Milwaukee Hand Trucks is not the same company as Milwaukee Tools.
https://www.milwaukeehandtrucks.com/
They've been making hand trucks for years and are typically pretty decent quality, but this particular one appears to have traded robustness for light weight and foldability.

Thank you for this information and others with your experience regarding this product. I will look into HF.

The little folding Harbor Freight hand truck looks flimsier than this one, but it is a couple bucks cheaper. https://www.harborfreight.com/150...58298.html

These used to be $20 less than 10 years ago. I have one and wouldn't spend $40 for one.

Don't buy it! Total junk. HF Franklin model is much better.

Agree with the others. I have one and it's flimsy but also the base part is tiny, so it's hard to balance even normal moving boxes on it. It'll work in a pinch and it folds up really small, which is great, but it's not great for its intended use.

Costco has a similar one for about $25, I would buy that one if you are a member

Just a reminder for anyone unaware, this brand of hand trucks and other equipment has nothing to do with Milwaukee Tools.

Milwaukee Hand Trucks [milwaukeehandtrucks.com]: This brand is the trade name for products manufactured by Gleason Industrial Products. They specialize purely in material handling equipment like dollies, carts, and hand trucks, and they are proudly manufactured in the USA.
