I'm of the opinion that you should never pay a premium for pro, plus fast speed etc whatever moniker crap they add to it.
I also don't think pla at over 10$ a kg is a slick deal but this is fairly close and there are global events that may be impacting things. That said Ali express and eBay have deals of pla at the sub 10$ mark but it's for bulk purchases

Jayo (which is just Sunlu) PLA+ runs $45.99 on Amazon, everyday of the week for 4x 1.1 kg spools. This makes it $0.20 cents cheaper per kg, going with Jayo. ($10.45 vs this deal at $10.62 per kg)
