If their service in anything like Onn now, oof. Literally less than a month after the 2 year warranty it  (poo emoji in case it didn't work) the bed. I said I tried disconnecting from power for a bit and tried turning it back on later, their reply was we have exhausted all troubleshooting, we are closing the ticket.

Had a misfortune of owning two vizio tvs, both died right around the warranty mark.

I'm not sure why this is an issue. Most smart TV platforms require an account to access their features—Samsung TVs use a Samsung account, Google TVs use a Google account, and Roku TVs use a Roku account.
If you prefer not to use your primary Walmart account, you can simply create a separate Walmart account with a different email address and use that instead.

I don't understand the fuss either. First of all you should either use an AppleTV, GoogleTv, Roku, etc or something similar to get the best experience. Second, all platforms require an account for their storefront/appstore/etc. Vizio used to use a Vizio account and now they need a Walmart account as they are walmart owned.

Vizio sucked 20 years ago when I was selling them. The are worse now if you can believe it.
The poor man pays twice, as they say
