I've found this to be immensely useful in identifying older spec, low wattage cables that didn't charge things as fast so I could recycle them and get them out of my cable pile.
Had one of these for under a year and the display quit. The charging function still works, but since the display is a headline feature, it was disappointing. Contacted Sabrent for warranty service and their response was not very helpful ... "ship it back to us and we'll determine if it's covered." Asked them to cross-ship me a new one so that I wouldn't be out of my primary charging station while this went on, and there response was "buy a new one, and we'll refund you if we determine it's covered", leaving me in the lurch for $90 (which was what the price was at the time).
In the case you don't need USB-C (a rarity these days I know), you can get the Anker PowerPort 360 (also known as the Anker PowerPort 6) and both of those don't renegotiate when something gets plugged in, so your Pi won't shut down. I use one to power two Pi 3B+ and have plugged in other things without issue.

Awesome! I was just looking at these hoping that I could get them for the lowest price of $60. You are able to plug in and unplug devices without killing the other devices. I use this for a raspberry pi computer. Whenever I use a regular charger and plug in something else, it always kills the pi. No more with this. I got one for my office and one for home. The coupon applied for each unit.

I've had one in use for months now. No issues charging a multitude of devices. It happily provides 100W to my DJI Air 3 battery charging hub. The biggest annoyance is that the display reverts to a Sabrent logo after a period of time.

Finally they fixed the screen direction and annoying logo display.
Is this true??? I hope so. I hope they have some method or solution for existing owners to update their units. I have 2 of these, and they work great--but I want to throw them in the trash every time that stupid Sabrent logo shows up!

You gave yourself a clue on how to handle this since Sabrent is not very helpful.
