Source: younger me without common sense. I tried to hold the arm down while attempting to attach the VESA mount. Lost my grip and the arm popped right back up in my face. Fortunately younger me also had 😺 like reflexes, saved myself a trip to the ER.

HUANUO's FlowLift Pro is a budget monitor arm that stands out for easy setup, solid spring tension, and strong value around $15. It handles 13 to 32 inch screens and can hold a set height well, with several reports of smooth installation and good performance for the price. The main cautions are desk stability and wobble, especially with larger monitors or lighter setups, and the spring can be too strong to fine tune once adjusted. The packaging also hides the VESA plate and base under cardboard, so unpacking takes a careful look.
Common Questions (6)
Yes, the code still works for some orders and can bring the arm to about $15 before tax. The key is to enter the promo code at checkout and avoid clipping the extra product-page coupon, which can reduce the discount to only about $7.50.
At around $15, it is widely treated as a strong buy for a spare or replacement arm. The build is described as decent for the price, with some noting it feels similar to newer VIVO arms, though not as premium as older heavier-duty models.
It can wobble if the desk itself is not stable, and 27-inch monitors were reported wobbling while typing. A sturdier desk or reinforcement plate helps, because the arm will transmit desk movement to the monitor.
Yes, setup was described as simple and quick. The VESA plate and base may be easy to miss in the packaging because they can be tucked under the cardboard insert.
It may not stay down well with very light loads. The arm can keep lighter devices sprung upward unless the tension is set low enough, so an iPad may need careful adjustment or may not sit where you want it.
Yes. The tension is highly adjustable and can hold the height you set, but once adjusted it can be too strong to casually move around. On the lowest setting it loses tension, and the lowest position is about 7.75 inches from the table at the middle of the mounting bracket.
