I got a very similar deal for $85 three months ago. It's the best drill I've ever had, by far. And very effective on cinder blocks, bricks & concrete.
Lifetime Service Agreement: Be careful when registering. They seem to be employing a 6-week delay tactic, then deny it for a dumb reason... like provide a receipt (that I already provided). If 90 days passes, you'll have to be happy with only a 3-yr warranty instead. Make sure to check to verify that you have the LSA!
