That last cheerio sale was peobably 6-8 months ago but it seems it was almost a year for the time before that. i usually buy 8-10 double packs at a time

I used to have these cheerios thinking they are good for health as they are not honey nut cheerios which have lot of sugar.
But I was wrong. Even regular cheerios is bad as it has highly refined corn starch.
I stopped buying it. Good riddance.

Well if you need cereal it doesn't have sugar, some fiber and not bad with calories. Or you could spend $7 for 7oz of magic spoon protein cereal. Not alternative but I just make protein oats pancakes or waffles instead for a treat with sugar free syrups. But one could argue also about if these sugar substitutes are okay to eat or not

What does it really mean what it says on the side of the box :
