This resistance band set stands out as a very low cost home workout and rehab kit, with five bands, handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, and a storage bag. The ankle straps and band variety make it useful for shoulder rehab and physical therapy style exercises, including lighter movements like lateral raises. Resistance builds as the bands stretch, so extra tension may require doubling or tripling them. The main caution is durability and build feel, since the set is described as thin and cheap, with checkout and order confirmation glitches reported. A budget pick if the included accessories matter most.
Common Questions (4)
The set is used for physical therapy and shoulder rehab, including after shoulder surgery and for a dislocated shoulder with a labrum tear. It's also useful for band-only exercises like lateral raises when heavier dumbbells are uncomfortable.
Checkout can show an account or payment error even when the payment goes through, and one order was placed through the seller's app for a total of $4.99 including shipping and fees. Another checkout error was suspected to be a bank rejection.
The set was reported to feel cheap compared with another set, with smaller or thinner parts. There is also concern that if the bands snap quickly, the low price may not be worth it.
The bands increase resistance as they stretch, and a similar set was described as being rated up to about 70 lb. For more resistance, the bands may need to be doubled or tripled.

My rotator cuff has been hurting for several months now. I just took a 1 month break from all exercise but the pain is still there. I only lift the bench bar without any weights, and lateral dumbbell raises, but nothing has worked thus far. I did not even know PRP was an option.
