They've recently shifted their policy to prevent stacking promos.
Significantly decreases the app discounts.
Depending on what your CB is at Costco vs Target, this seems like less of a discount.
Costco is $75 for $100 regularly with occasional $65 for $100
(Target is equivalent $80 for $100, for those mathematically challenged 😜)
