I dont have this exact ceiling fan but I do have one in my house where the light isn't fully off even when it should be. I think it happened the last time I changed the bulb type but I can't recall for sure.

Bought it, installed it, seems nice. Replaced a much louder older fan. No phantom glowing light here.
It's not a premium fixture, but it's silent at lower speeds and very quiet on high. High speed is crazy fast. I like that it's a lower voltage motor, with a digital controller, instead of a 120v motor with a dial on the wall that produced some very odd sounds and speed options before.

$70 shipped for a 52" fan with LED light and remote? That's a pretty good buy.

I have a glow in my chandelier, and my light switch has a hard dead switch that stops the glow, so yeah, accurate description of the problem and solution

Does anyone know how these fans work in series? I have 2 fans on the same circuit that need replacement. They are each wired separately for fan and light, so it may be possible to isolate them if necessary. I'm curious how they do with the remote if 2 are in the same room. Is each one uniquely controlled? Etc.

that's actually pretty expensive for no-name amazon fan that would fail any electrical inspection.

Usually fans with remote can be programmed to a specific remote but you need to turn off other fans during programming. You would have to physically disconnect second fan. Check you your remote, there might be a switch for special programming mode
