there was a chair posted here on ali express that looks like this without as much adjustability (hand rests only go up down, no lumbar adjustment, headrest only swivels) for $42, am quite happy with it, not a bad deal for this option if you want to pay $20 more for all that adjustability.

I have this chair from a previous Woot deal, I messaged them after receiving asking if they had anything with better lower back support, the sent me a free lumbar pillow attachment that has made a world of difference. Would 10/10 but this chair again.

Not the same. The Staples chairs are mesh seat bottoms while this is a foam bottom. Arms on the Staples are adjustable up and down while these appear to be moveable padding section (scoot forward/backward a little, tilt in/out). The tilt on the chair on the Staples are on the back only (the seat bottom stays horizontal) while this one is a full seat tilting which is less stable in my opinion. Lastly, the Staples chairs are tested to ANSI/BIFMA standards.
