Anyone know if these are good. I purchased cheap set from amazon 1 year ago, and after like 3 months my cookies just stick to the "non stick surface". Im not a professional baker, just need something that works for baking cookies once or twice a month lol

The answer is simple, parchment paper.

The secret anyone who works in a bakery will tell you is to reuse the parchment over and over. The older it gets, the better it works. When I worked in a bakery, we had croissant papers that lasted weeks, if not longer.

Can someone explain to me why the Olive Green is normally priced $50, and the other colors are normally priced $30? Is Olive Green that much more popular?
