The secret anyone who works in a bakery will tell you is to reuse the parchment over and over. The older it gets, the better it works. When I worked in a bakery, we had croissant papers that lasted weeks, if not longer.
Community Reviews
This CAROTE three piece baking pan set is positioned as a budget friendly option for cookie sheets and everyday baking. The strongest praise centers on thick pans that do not warp, with excellent nonstick performance and easy cleanup. Brand experience also runs positive, with other CAROTE pots and pans described as reliable and well made. The main caution is durability, since rusting, peeling, fading, staining, and warping have been reported elsewhere, and parchment paper may still be needed for the best release. A low cost set if you want simple baking pans with a matching look.
The set can be thick and resistant to warping during baking use.
The non-stick surface can perform well and make cleanup easier.
The pans can heat evenly and be easy to clean based on prior Carote cookware experience.
The set can arrive with a heavy build and a stylish finish and handle.
The nonstick coating can lose performance over time and cause cookies to stick.
Rusting, warping, color peeling or fading, and staining can occur with Carote pans.
The $19.88 price may not be the lowest available because a similar three-piece set is listed for $17.99 on the same page.
