Saw this in store the other day at that price and bought it. I got it (with a new end) to replace my lit 3 outlet extension cord end. They also had the 3 plug version on clearance, but it didn't have the power led indicator so got this one.

It has been on clearance for at least a few weeks. I bought some on the 14th, a few days after they were reduced in price again to $7.10. YMMV, so check other nearby stores.

Went to my local HD from the previous post and the employee couldnt find them, though their inventory showed they had a bunch in stock. The web site still shows they have them in stock.
