It IS class 3 Ebike rated though.

Ebike, not EMOTO. if you're on a surron type bike you should be riding with a DOT approved helmet.

ANY helment is better than no helmet. This isn't a great helment, but it is better than not wearing one. If you need a helmet, this will add protection. But there are better and safer helmets available for reasonable prices. What is your brain worth?
