I've always heard the wipes marketed as flushable should not be flushed, just like normal wipes

These are smaller in size if you are used to using sams club's member's mark wipes.

Flushable wipes shouldn't be flushed.

Ask any plumber if they flush these in their own home. The answer is always no.

The fact that they market these as "septic-safe" is even more laughable. The only thing that should ever be flushed into a septic is human waste and toilet paper--and preferably not the thick, plush TP.

I recently got a bunch of these when Amazon was selling them for $3.50 per 8pack by me and so far I've tried 3 other brands previously:

Cottonelle (blue package), Nice N' Clean wipes, and another one of Amazon's house brands.

These pink Cottonelles tear as you are pulling them out of the package. They are drastically thinner and smaller than those others. They are so impressively thin I need at minimum two per use.

I genuinely would not be worried about flushing these since they practically break apart in your hand. I probably wouldn't buy these again.

I did a little research and was surprised to find out that if you do intend to flush wipes, Amazon basic wipes and this one on the listing are two of the best at breaking down. YMMV

That is correct. It is destroying city sewer systems with plugging up the grates.
