Thanks. These are sold at Walmart for the same price, but only at select Walmarts like other international foods. (More international food selections that are marketed for the area/population it's in.) Of course those Walmarts are too far for delivery to my house. Frown

I make my own refried beans in the crockpot from scratch. They freeze very well and are a fraction of this price.
My freezer is already packed with Costco sized boxes.

Agreed and same here. I make a big batch in the pressure cooker and portion/freeze.

I've always purchased Rosarita RF beans but tried this out to save on shelf space and weight.

I found them to be a solid alternative, and this is cheaper than when I bought them in November '25 for 12.32.

This is what I want to do as well! Packaged items are never as healthy/good as made from scratch. Now to only find a recipe

Be aware. These are not "traditional" refried beans, as in pinto beans. They are made of mayocoba beans, which taste nothing like what most of us consider traditional refried beans. I ate one package and has to toss the remainder.

I enjoy these. Pretty fresh, better than canned. They say it's a different bean, just tasted like some good refried beans to me. Added some cheese and ate with chicken. Good price.
