Lenovo is cheaper.
Lenovo has a better track record than Onn...
Lenovo is significantly more powerful than the Onn 13.2 tablet.
Lenovo Tab Pro isn't getting any more Android upgrades and tops out at Android 16 (current Android released), but gets 4 years of Security Updates, through 2029.
Lenovo pen is pressure sensitive. Onn is not, from the reviews that I've seen.

Can't see about the Onn tablet Android upgrades or how long it will receive security updates... 🤷 ♂️

Keep in mind. Gen 2 with 800nit, Snapdragon gen 4, etc. is releasing this month in NA. Likely why the drop in price

Community Reviews

Lenovo Idea Tab Pro is a fast 12.7 inch Android tablet that stands out for its sharp 3K display, strong speakers, pen support, and expandable storage. It feels snappy for browsing, streaming, comics, reading, and lighter gaming, and the included Lenovo Tab Pen Plus is repeatedly confirmed in the box. The main drawbacks are its size and weight, plus the tablet can arrive with extra bloatware to remove. Android updates also top out at Android 16, with security support through January 2029, making it a capable big screen pick with some long term limits.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes, the pen is included with this model. The product page and cart show "LENOVO TAB PEN PLUS INCLUDED," and multiple buyers report receiving the pen in the box.

    webwidejoshParadoxxParadoxxModxplus

  • Yes, the 12.7-inch 3K display is repeatedly described as excellent for comics and reading, with a dedicated Immersive Reading Mode for e-books and PDFs. The larger screen makes CBR/CBZ files easier to read than smaller tablets, though the tablet is a bit heavy for long handheld sessions.

    RotoJedijoshuaNHblunt_eastwoodLivelyApparel3046

  • It can be used for screen sharing and may work as a second monitor with software, but wireless screen sharing is reported to be slow for work. If you want a dedicated external-monitor setup, the experience may be less enjoyable than on devices with built-in second-monitor support.

    joshuaNHHiFi21joshuaNH

  • It handles casual and mid-range games like Roblox and COD Mobile smoothly, and heavier titles such as Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves can run if graphics settings are lowered. The MT8300 is also capable of emulation, with videos showing PS3 emulation, though it can warm up during long sessions.

    joshuaNHjoshuaNHParadoxx

  • It tops out at Android 16 and is reported to receive security updates through January 2029. That makes the software support limited compared with newer tablets, but the device is still covered for several more years.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Works pretty well. Only qualm is the screen sharing function over wireless is a bit slow for work, so don't enjoy using it as an external monitor.

How can you be sure? It's not listed under "What's in the Box" where they even went through the trouble of listing the Quick-start Guide and Warranty sheet as well as the MicroSD Tray Pin but doesn't bother listing the Pen.

I've been thinking about this tablet for a while (it's been this price for a week now). The limited Android updates supported and the size are what is stopping me from pulling the trigger. Does anybody have any opinions or own this thing? I'm looking to upgrade from a Fire 10 HD Plus, which sux, but it still works. I had so many issues with my last iPad and its updates that I am shying away from Apple.

Another option that's a bit more expensive but in this same range is the new Onn 13" at Walmart. Just coming into stock at $288 and so far getting good reviews on youtube. Biggest negative is it only does graphics in (like an extra monitor), but doesn't do graphics out. Odd choice.I assume limited updates, but don't trust LG much more: https://www.walmart.com/ip/ONN-13...8676256126
This onn tablet looks interesting. 256gb storage and if it does video in then i assume it will double up as an external monitor. All it needs is a keyboard case.

I've had 2 Sammy tabs and liked them both. Both still work. Not sure about this one. I like an excellent screen and expandable storage.

Yep, should be more than enough for that.
