You neglected to enlighten us with which $5-$8 burger you prefer over INO and Habit? Both are tasty, fresh burgers that surpass the others like McD or Jack in the Box that would usually cost more!

Freddy's. Culver's is also great.

Agreed. Compare apples to apples people.

In-n-out should be compared to Burger King, McDonald's, Carl's Jr, Jack in the Box.

The Habit should be compared to Farmer Boys, Five Guys, Shake Shack, Culvers, Smashburger (the eatery)...etc.

The price for a burger is what defines the tier.
Normally I'd agree, but In-n-Out is actually just as good if not better than all the burgers you listed in the more expensive tier. Ever notice that In-n-Out NEVER does promotion or deals? Why? They don't need to.

You proved my point. In-n-out is very good against the normal fast food chain because of its competitive prices. The value and quality is what makes it better than most. I prefer in-n-out over most chains. My post was directed to those that say it's overrated/not good. Compare the chains that are similarly priced, not a habit Burger that cost $15.

If you want a deal for today (05/27) and you're in Los Angeles area, enter DODGERS26 in the offer section of the Habit Burger app or website for a free Double Char (with or without cheese) with any $8 purchase.
This is a special code that can be redeemed whenever the LA Dodgers perform a double play during any home game (they don't even need to win the game). Since they got a double play in yesterday's win over the Colorado Rockies, the code is valid for today.

The Habit is much better than INO.
My favourite burger restaurants are The Habit, Carl's Jr., and Shake Shack, for they all are definitely better and have higher level than M/B/I (look below)
McDonalds's, Burger King, and In-N-Out are not so good, yet they are often worthy related to prices
Better for you but sounds like they're struggling if they need to give out deals. In n Out wins because of free add ons and tons of customization imo.

Looks like their Chicken clubs are not included in this offer. No go for me, otherwise would try it out.

I'm going to be heavily disliked for this, but Habit Burger and In N Out I've never understood the love for (that's after living in LA the last 7 years).
That's because Tommy's is the correct answer.
