This is a 50 pint dehumidifier-

50 Pints/Day (65℉, 60% RH)
116 Pints/Day (86℉, 80% RH)
150 Pints/Day (95℉, 90% RH)

The 65F/60% RH is what the standard is for rating these. I wish they would stop advertising some brands like this. Currently shopping for a replacement as my 60 pint just died, soooo many brands using the fake/inflated numbers.

Picked up this 50 pint one from Menards as my lower level was getting pretty humid. So far it's good, not a crazy good price but with rebates it's $153+tax (11% Menards and $25 from my local power company). Big selling point for me was 3 year warranty on it vs 1 or 2 most others have, and that it was the only one local I could just go pick up in stock ha.

Not really. Just a few years ago this would have been considered a 116pint. They just changed the standard to the more reasonable numbers in the last few years.

I went with Vellgoo for energy efficiency, https://vellgoo.com/products/6-00...r-basement.
The Vellgoo dehumidifier I had lasted two summers but broke this year. When I contacted the company they said warranty is for two years but even with that they offered me a decent price ($199, down from regular price of $280) to buy their new dehumidifier which has several improvements on the one I bought three years ago.
I hope this new dehumidifier lasts longer, but it is one of the more energy efficient dehumidifiers on market.

No, a few years ago (2019) they were rated at 80f/60RH. This would have been a 70ish pint unit back then. Which checks out as I have had to replace two old standard 70 pint units with 50 pint new units that work the same/similar size and weight. I run one in my lower level of the house, garage, and workshop. I got 6 years out of one and 9 years out of another running ~4-5 months out of the year.
