This Milwaukee M12 High Output XC5.0 battery pack stands out as a strong price for a single battery from an authorized dealer. The deal compares well with past pricing, including a $50 clearance two pack and a recent $120 two pack promo, and it fits a rough rule of thumb of $10 per amp hour plus a premium for High Output. Shipping can push the total closer to $70, and free shipping starts at $100. The main appeal is getting a legit battery with valid warranty coverage without having to buy a bundle.
Common Questions (5)
It's a strong price for a single XC5.0 battery, especially since a 2-pack often averages around $60 per battery and single-battery deals at this level are uncommon. Past promos mentioned include $50 for a 2-pack clearance and $120 for two at Home Depot.
Way Source is listed as an authorized dealer, and Milwaukee's site may show it under the "Find Local" tab rather than "Online." Batteries bought there have also registered normally and shown valid warranty in Milwaukee's system.
Yes, the total can land around $70 after tax and shipping. Shipping is free only when the order reaches $100.
Buying from an authorized dealer is safer because counterfeit M12 batteries can fail to charge fully or fit poorly in tools and chargers. Legit Milwaukee batteries also avoid warranty and registration problems.
A 2-pack of M12 3.0Ah batteries is listed at $65, which is cheaper if you want more total batteries instead of a single XC5.0. The tradeoff is lower capacity per battery.
