I got a certified refurbished Predator Triton 17X from Ace refurbished and the condition was worse than I expected. My primary complaint was that there were multiple dead pixels and a few bright pixels on the screen. I chatted with them and they offered me a $40 discount to keep it. I was like, "lol, no thanks" and returned it and then they disputed my return saying that the "item wasn't returned in the same condition that they sent it"?!?!? Ebay then said after a month that they were siding with Acer but refunding my money as a courtesy (again, WTF?!). The experience left a completely sour taste in my mouth for both Acer and Ebay.
