I think the other deal with the 1/2 hammer drill and higher power impact is a better deal. Order with the cordless ratchet then cancel the ratchet for $149. Has a 4ah and 2ah battery

This is actually nice if you need to do something in a tight space or really don't want to drag a big tool with you. For example between joists in a crawlspace
