This URLIFE folding e-bike stands out as a cheap way to get a 20 inch, 48 volt, 1000 watt ride with a removable battery and enough punch for short trips. The green version has been the easiest way to make the promo work, and the bike can reach 28 mph after unlocking, with some reports of that speed already available out of the box. Real world range lands closer to 20 to 25 miles than the advertised figure, and the compact frame feels better suited to smaller riders. Main cautions are wobble at speed, abrupt pedal assist, and recurring controller and warranty hassles.

Common Questions (4)

  • The deal can be finicky: the extra discount may only apply with the green color, and some checkouts require switching payment to PayPal 4-installments and then back to regular PayPal to make the $35 show up. The coupon still works for some buyers, but the final price has also been reported higher when the sale price changes.

  • It is a 1000W, 28 mph bike, which can put it outside e-bike limits in many places; throttle-equipped bikes are often limited to 20 mph, and some states may treat this class as a motor vehicle requiring registration or licensing. The CE mark mentioned is European self-certification, not UL/ETL safety certification.

  • No. Real-world range is reported around 20-25 miles, and about 20 miles is more realistic if you ride throttle-heavy; much longer range would require pedaling and staying near 15 mph or less.

  • The speed unlock can be done through the display settings: press and hold the + and - buttons for a few seconds, then change screen value A3 to increase the top speed to 28 mph. Do not change other screen values, since that can damage the motor or controller.

Pretty sure you could just run away at 28mph and say you didn't hear or see them. Considering all the other chaos are they really going to enforce this?
Pretty sure unless you draw attention to yourself and just go 20 you never get stopped at all

Can I add a front child seat to this?
Kid would for sure either have fun or be terrified right up until they start foster care...

is this an ebike or a motor bike in California? Is there peddle assist and can you turn off the motor and just peddle?
Either way it will cause cancer only in California.

Yes. I have this bike and am very happy with it. Just wish it folded like Ecotric does!

Any other alternative of this with foldable option? So that I can put into Toyota Camry ??
Folding eBikes should be less than $200 on Ali, but they'll probably be 1-speed. You do NOT want to get stuck with a dead battery on a 1-speed eBike.
Also, folding bikes will have a smaller wheel diameter. In addition to a bumpier ride, I feel that would cause instability (and looks a little silly if it matters to you).
We have Six Flags season passes, so I drop off the family at the entrance and park in convenient/shaded spot then bike to entrance. Upon leaving, I'll bike to the car and drive back to pick up the family.

I would never buy anything with Li-ion batteries that isn't UL/ETL listed. Can't get over the risk setting my building on fire while I sleep.

1000W, so requires a license, registration, and not allowed to drive in bike lanes or bike trails in most (if not all) states, right?

Are these repairable or upgradable for longevity with parts from online for replacement?

This is a electric motorcycle in California. License, registration, and M1 required. 750w max motor and 28mph requires pedal assist. No throttle only for it to be considered an e bike.

The crackdown has begun so I would avoid in California.

Yep. Most states have said 750w max for an e bike. Anything higher is an emoto
