The Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 is landing as a high capacity backup and camping power station, with enough output for sump pumps, home outages, and longer van life use. The 2040Wh battery and 2200W AC output drew praise for the price, especially when cashback and stacked discounts pushed totals down near $400 or even lower. It also supports UPS use and arrived working for most buyers, with warranty registration and Jackery direct store details helping ease some seller concerns. Main caveats are fan noise, AFCI breaker trips, and occasional shipping or checkout quirks, so it fits best where those limits are not a problem.

  • The Explorer 2000 v2 can keep a sump pump running during storms as UPS backup.

    TimgusN

  • The unit can be used for vanlife and camping power needs beyond high-watt appliances.

    jplee3

  • Jackery customer service can replace a unit after an AC-charging failure following video verification and a prepaid return label.

    HeinerM

  • The Explorer 2000 v2 can reach full charge from a low starting level in about an hour.

    arkaaya

  • The Explorer 2000 v2 can trip AFCI breakers and may cause nuisance trips with certain inverter loads.

    TimgusN

  • The Explorer 2000 v2 can produce fan noise that makes it less suitable for bedroom use.

    whodiini

  • AliExpress checkout and pricing can be unstable, including large price jumps based on login state.

    kadenza

  • AliExpress shipping and address eligibility can vary by browser, which can block checkout for some addresses.

I got the 1000 as well. After whatever various discounts, my total was $277.xx - I had to manually request the 20% CB but should be getting around $50 back for that (not quite sure how they determined that amount but I'll take it).
How'd you manually request it? My order doesn't show as shipped in AliExpress but my FedEx account shows delivery Thursday already in transit.

If you used the referral for making the purchase, and the visit is listed in your 'shopping trips', then you can raise a ticket with support for 'Missing Cash back '.

Hmm this isn't sold from Jackery though, right? This link leads me to the following:

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32...4itemAdapt

But when I go through Jackery's site on AliEx:

https://www.aliexpress.com/store/...match_sort

It shows that it's way more expensive, though it says "Sold By
Jackery US Direct Store
(Trader)"

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32...pt=glo2usa

So my best understanding is that the link shared in this post isn't specifically Jackery. Can someone correct me if I'm wrong?

I like the price but concern regarding warranty. Jackery said they will only honor warranty from jackery website and authorized seller only. No details regarding aliex. Aliexpress shows ships from jackery direct. Can anyone confirm warranty details?
I bought the E2000v2 earlier this year from the Jackery US Direct Store through AliExpress for a little more than this great deal. When it arrived, it wouldn't charge from AC. I contacted Jackery customer service and they asked me to send a video of the issue. After they confirmed the problem, they sent a prepaid FedEx label for me to return the defective unit and once they received it, they shipped me a new one. Had to haul 45lbs box to FedEx and wait for about 10 days but have a fully functioning unit now.

Scroll down to near the bottom of the listing where you find the supplier section. It clearly says "The seller of this item is Jackery US Direct Store".
Also, once you add the item to the cart and start checkout, it shows the seller of the item.

Surprised FedEx didn't make you haul it back! I returned an eco worthy unit last week and they told me it's considered a dangerous item and I had to schedule a pickup with fedex ground. So yeah... I hauled it there and back.

I had a "Welcome Deal" on this for $343. Used code JJY58P for $58 off and there was another $17 off from Paypal at checkout making it $268 before taxes. The referral site has a 14% CB today, so net should be just under $250. Basically got the 2000 for the price of a 1000. Nice deal.

Edit: It's been about an hour and I already got email from the R site confirming a CB of $40. Nice!
My order shipped in two packages. One is a 45 lb package via FedEx from NJ, this is obviously the Power Station. Another is a 2 lb package from LA, I am guessing this is the 5M Charging Cable. Should arrive early next week.

Jump on this quickly. I did it too late and got this message for the promo code on this post:
"Sorry, the coupon code you entered is based on a first come first served basis and has been used up by other shoppers. Please enter a different coupon code or explore other discounts on AliExpress"

Wanted the Solix C2000, but for this price I made the purchase. Added a 400W Renogy portable suitcase panel as well. Need to find an adapter for that now.I'll try to report back tomorrow if the cashback thing goes through - it's my first time using that cashback site so they gave an extra ten percent and I'd be pretty annoyed if I didn't get the $235 back I'm expecting from those 2 items. The checkout screen has been hanging for a while, probably not a great sign.. but the order went through. I don't see anything pending in the cashback app yet. I'll give it some time.
What's the site for the cash back?

Yeah, the lady at the FedEx counter was worried when she saw the hazard stickers on the box and went to ask a colleague. I told them that is wasn't Li-ion batteries but a "safer" kind of Li battery and they took my box.

This is a great price. I paid $700 less than a year ago. One warning though. Unlike the 1000v2, which is noiseless, this one has fan noise so it isnt appropriate for a bedroom.

My E2000 arrived yesterday. Seems to be working fine. It trips my AFCI though. This was an issue I had with the eco worthy unit too, so I'm thinking there could be something with the inverters that cause nuisance trips. I'm using it on a GFCI for my sump pump, so not really an issue at the moment. I'm hoping the E1000 won't trip anything.
That's where it might be an issue for me. My Anker Solix C1000 works fine on AFCIs
